Pacific Clinics in Porterville, CA is seeking a vocational/educational counselor to assist students in meeting education and career goals. The role involves assessing interests, guiding educational/vocational activities, collaborating with families, and supporting job and career development.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, attend IEP meetings, provide placement support, and help students access community resources.

Qualificações

• AA/AS degree and four years of related mental health/education/vocational experience, or equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read, and/or write in another language.

Responsabilidades

• Assess students' interests, aptitude, and goals for vocational/educational planning.
• Provide educational and vocational guidance and counseling.
• Attend IEP meetings and advocate for students.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team on student reports.
• Provide transportation to students as needed.
• Support department/business needs.
