Job summary

SGA Youth & Family Services seeks a Part-time Job Readiness Coach & Case Manager to support 18–24-year-olds in the CEEP program. You will deliver job readiness instruction, provide individualized case management, coaching, and supportive services to help participants enter or advance in employment, training, or education.

You will facilitate workshops, assist with resumes and interviews, monitor attendance, and maintain confidential participant records while aligning with funder and agency

Qualifications

• Experience working with young adults ages 18–24 and individuals facing barriers to education/employment.
• Ability to facilitate individual and group workshops on employability skills.
• Knowledge of job readiness, workforce development, career exploration, and employment preparation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured Job Readiness Training (JRT) using approved curriculum.
• Provide individualized case management and career coaching to participants 18–24.
• Support participants with resumes, interviews, job applications, and searches.
• Maintain participant files and documentation in accordance with program requirements.
• Monitor progress toward service plans and outcomes, with follow-up after placements.
