Job summary

SGA Youth & Family Services is seeking an ESL Instructor & Case Manager to deliver culturally responsive English language instruction and individualized case management for youth ages 18-24 in the CEEP program. The role focuses on improving workplace communication and helping participants transition to training, education, or employment.

• Experience working one-on-one with at-risk youth.
• Experience in case management or job counseling is often preferred.
• Knowledge of the job market and career development resources.
• Ability to assess needs and build individualized service plans.
