Job summary

SGA Youth & Family is seeking a Part-time Job Readiness Coach & Case Manager in Chicago, IL. You will deliver job readiness training and provide individualized case management to young adults aged 18–24 enrolled in the CEEP program.

You will help participants develop resumes, apply for jobs, and pursue credentials while coordinating with teams to ensure successful program completion and employment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Experience with young adults 18–24.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to travel between program locations.
• Group workshop facilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Job Readiness Training to enrolled participants using an approved curriculum and instructional approach aligned with program goals.
• Facilitate individual and group workshops to strengthen employment readiness and professionalism.
• Assist participants with resumes, interviews, applications, and job searches.
• Provide case management and ongoing follow-up to support employment outcomes.
• Maintain participant files, documentation, and compliance with funder requirements.
• Collaborate with program staff, employers, and community partners to support meaningful outcomes.
