Job summary

Seneca Family of Agencies seeks a Bilingual Wraparound Social Worker to coordinate services for children stepping down from institutions. Work is community-based, servicing families in homes, group homes, schools and other settings to promote stability.

The role emphasizes culturally informed, strength-based practices within a collaborative network with social services, probation and behavioral health. Bilingual English/Spanish required, with competitive salary and licensure bonuses.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work/psychology/counseling.
• Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Experience working with children in out-of-home care preferred.
• At least 21 years of age.
• TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and licensing/certification requirements.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca’s policy.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and caregivers regularly to advance treatment goals.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for care planning.
• Collaborate with staff, caregivers, and other professionals on care plans and interventions.
• Cultivate relationships with community members and providers.
• Complete assessments to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide case planning and clinical consultation to team members.
