We offer weekly pay and a starting rate of $15 per hour . You can also access a portion of your earned pay a few times per week.

You'll have the potential for weekly bonuses, rewards and recognition programs, and a supportive team. We offer FULL TIME schedules-Day shift, night shift and a late night shift until 2am. In this full-time role , you'll answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, resolve customer issues, and deliver great support in both English and Spanish. You'll need to be fluent in both languages, spoken and written, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You'll also bring strong computer and multitasking abilities and be able to work independently while staying productive. Customer focus and attention to detail matter, and so does a great attitude and willingness to learn.

Requirements

To work from home with us, you'll need a Windows PC with at least 8GB of RAM (no MacBook or Chromebook), along with dual monitors, a webcam, a USB wired headset, and a wired mouse. Your home should be a quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable, hardwired, high-speed internet.
