Mobilelink USA LLC in Las Vegas seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead sales, service and store operations. You will manage a team, drive customer experience, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching staff, promoting products, and coordinating promotions. You’ll work with district leadership on store initiatives and participate in occasional external events to boost brand awareness.

Formación

• 2+ years retail sales management experience with a focus on interactive sales
• Proven ability to recruit, hire and develop store sales teams
• Strong communication, motivation and coaching skills
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsabilidades

• Oversee sales, service and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to achieve sales and performance goals.
• Schedule staff to meet budgeted hours and ensure a clean, inviting store.
• Train on promotions and products; assist HR and Loss Prevention as needed.
• Engage in outside events as required to promote Cricket Wireless.
