Qualifications

• Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
• 2 years proven retail sales management experience.
• 2 years of recruiting and developing store sales teams.
• Strong sales skills; ability to meet performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to succeed; inspire, engage, and motivate.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Always deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Train personnel on the compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Launch new products, services, or processes with the District Manager.
• Ensure staff training on new promotions and products.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention with internal investigations.
