Job summary

Blue Fig USA is seeking a proactive wireless sales associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Orlando-area retail locations. You will help customers choose devices and plans, demonstrate features, and process contracts and payments with accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, sales drive, and a team-oriented mindset. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred, and availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive, can-do attitude, highly motivated and results-driven.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to implement our sales process.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by selling wireless products and services to new and existing customers.
• Effectively present products and services and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Handle all administrative aspects of the sale, including contracts, warranties, payments, and order filing.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing plans, promotions, and service features through ongoing learning.
• Know the market by keeping up with competitive offers and provide feedback to the Sales Manager.
