Job summary

Blue Fig USA, an authorized Cricket Wireless retailer, seeks a customer-focused retail associate in Florida. You will assist customers, present wireless products, process payments, and help maintain store standards while meeting sales goals.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by selling wireless products and services to new and existing customers.
• Effectively present products and services and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Handle all administrative aspects of the sale, including contracts, warranties, payments, and orders.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing plans, promotions, and features.
• Know the market by keeping up with competitive offers and provide feedback to Sales Manager.
• Demonstrate latest technology in-store through hands-on demos.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with informed answers and expertise.
• Consult with customers to determine their wireless service needs.
• Maintain store procedures, cash handling, and merchandising in good order.
• Handle customer service issues in a timely, professional manner.
