Job summary

Blue Fig USA, an authorized Cricket Wireless retailer in Orlando, FL, is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to drive wireless product and service sales. You will greet customers, present products, process orders, and stay informed about promotions and plans.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends. A team-oriented environment and ongoing product training are provided.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated with product knowledge and promotions.
• Provide market feedback to Sales Manager regarding local competition.
• Demonstrate latest technology in-store to customers.
• Guide customers through purchasing experience with informed answers.
