Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication skills—attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of home store; may work at multiple locations within a district.
• Able to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy and present a neat/professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers' needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; earn potential bonuses.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities for Cricket Wireless.
