Job summary

Mobilelink USA is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Laredo, TX to provide outstanding customer service and tailored wireless solutions. The role includes assisting with store operations, representing the Cricket brand, and pursuing sales goals with bonus potential.

The position requires English and Spanish fluency, 18+ years old, valid US work eligibility, and the ability to work at least 32 hours weekly including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two languages: English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and live within 30 minutes of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions.
• Represent the Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; bonus potential.
• Participate in outside sales events or community engagements as needed.
• Attend events with duties such as engaging customers and distributing materials.
