Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Representative in Riverside, CA. This full-time role offers base pay with uncapped commissions and a paid 3-week training program.

You will engage walk-in customers, help them choose devices and plans, and work toward monthly sales targets while staying current on products and promos. Flexibility to work nearby locations and evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services requested.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets using product knowledge and customer connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Contribute to a store culture with positive energy and customer care.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations; availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.
