Job summary

Blue Link Wireless is seeking a bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Representative to engage walk-in customers, guide device and plan decisions, and close sales with strong product knowledge and genuine connection.

You will represent AT&T, hit monthly targets, stay current on promotions, and occasionally join community events. Training is provided, with base pay plus uncapped commissions and opportunities to earn more. The role requires evenings, weekends, and holidays, on a busy floor.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Hospitality background.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
