Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Representative for our Houston location. You will engage walk-in customers, guide them through device and plan decisions, and work toward monthly sales targets with product knowledge and genuine connection.

This full-time role offers base pay plus uncapped commission, with a fully paid 3-week training program and opportunities to grow within a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Hospitality background.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
