Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate in the United States. You’ll engage customers, explain device and plan options, and close sales while earning uncapped commissions. A fully paid 3-week training is provided and no wireless experience is required.

You'll work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with base pay on the floor and growth through performance. This role emphasizes customer conversations and problem solving.

Competenze

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Mansioni

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
