Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Representative to engage customers and help them choose devices and plans.

This full-time role offers a base pay plus uncapped commission, with a fully paid 3-week training and rapid earning opportunities as performance grows.

Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and some location shifts is available, with a focus on customer service and building lasting connections.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Previous retail or sales experience
• Hospitality background
• Familiarity with wireless products and services

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
