Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through consultative selling and upselling.
• Demonstrate wireless devices and accessories to customers.
• Process sales, payments, activations, upgrades, and account changes using the POS system.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and transaction records.
• Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and retention.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming sales environment.
• Participate in daily team huddles, sales meetings, and ongoing training.
• Stay up to date on products, promotions, and industry trends.
