Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized AT&T retailer, seeks a Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Representative in Cape Coral, FL. This full-time role combines in-person sales with unrecepted training, offering base pay plus uncapped commissions.

You will engage customers, guide device and plan choices, and represent AT&T at local events. Training is provided; evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED required; previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
• Familiarity with wireless products and services helpful

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and connection with customers
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices
• Represent the brand at community events as needed
• Provide friendly, honest service and care; contribute to a positive store culture
