Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate to provide exceptional customer service and tailor solutions for customers in a Cricket Wireless store. You will represent the Cricket brand, support store operations, and work to hit sales KPIs while potentially earning bonuses.

The role requires English and Spanish fluency, strong communication, and a willingness to work at least 32 hours weekly including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and tools are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Must be fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Experience in retail sales is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
