Your Wireless is hiring a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate in Dallas, TX to educate customers on Verizon products and guide them through the buying process, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel to locations in the district as needed.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proof of work eligibility in the US.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers through the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Meet and exceed location production standards.
• Handle customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks.
• Complete trainings as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon.
• Set an example of professional conduct for colleagues.
