Your Wireless Inc. is hiring a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate in the Dallas, TX area. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, educate customers on Verizon products, and guide them through the buying process in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes outbound activities, meeting sales targets, and growth opportunities with an uncapped commission structure. Flexible scheduling and employee perks are offered in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably with wireless or electronics.
• Experience with outbound activities to drive customers into stores.
• Proven sales and customer service achievements.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Meet and exceed store production standards for sales.
• Handle customer situations to ensure satisfaction.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager as needed.
• Complete required trainings as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
• Set example of professional conduct and develop skills for advancement.
