Job summary

Mobile Generation is seeking a Spanish bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Associate at our Miami location. You will educate customers on Verizon products and services, guide them through the sales process, and aim to exceed sales targets. The role requires 1+ year retail experience, strong communication, and a customer‑driven attitude.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role
• Experience in wireless/Verizon or related retail
• Strong communication and customer-service skills

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process from start to finish.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Generate sales to meet and exceed location production standards.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with team tasks.
• Complete required training as directed by Mobile Generation and Verizon.
• Model professional conduct for employees and customers.
