Mobile Generation is seeking a Spanish bilingual Wireless Retail Store Manager in Boca Raton to lead a Verizon Wireless store team. The role oversees hiring, scheduling, and coaching to ensure outstanding customer service and achievement of sales targets.

Strong leadership and retail experience, especially in wireless, are essential for success. Location is at 6000 Glades Road with a full-time schedule; travel to multiple locations in the Midwest may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a retail leadership role.
• Experience in wireless or Verizon is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to multiple Midwest locations.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment.
• Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs each month.
• Coach/mentor the team daily to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure location operates under Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines.
• Execute promotional rollouts and inventory procedures as directed.
