Mobile Generation is seeking a Spanish bilingual Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate to educate customers on Verizon products and guide them through the sales process at our Pembroke Pines, FL locations. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has retail or sales experience, strong communication skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless provider.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology products, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to various locations across the Midwest as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on all Verizon products and services offered.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handle all customer situations to completely satisfy needs.
• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks as assigned.
• Complete all required training as directed by Mobile Generation and Verizon Wireless.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

Compensation: Up to $65,000.00 per year or more including base salary and commissions.

As a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Mobile Generation, you will work directly with customers, educate them on Verizon products and services, and guide them through the selection and sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail, understand how to drive customers into locations through outbound activities, be goal-driven, and deliver an exceptional customer experience to earn repeat business.
