Cricket Wireless' Mobilelink team in Wisconsin is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate to help customers find the right wireless solutions while delivering outstanding service. The role emphasizes English and Spanish communication and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will build value through tailored recommendations, support store operations with leadership, and participate in community events to boost customer acquisition and brand presence.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the location and live within 30 minutes of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding customers' needs.
• Build value by offering tailored wireless solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent Cricket Wireless and the Mobilelink brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with daily operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, including potential bonus payments; participate in outside events as needed.
