Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate to serve customers in our Wisconsin stores. You will provide exceptional service, recommend tailored wireless solutions, and represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism. You may assist with store operations and help teammates achieve sales goals and KPIs, with opportunities for bonuses.

Empathy, clear communication in English and Spanish, and reliability are essential. 32 hours weekly minimum, some evenings/weekends required.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and customer service.
• Able to work 32 hours weekly including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• 18+ and legally able to work in the United States.
• Willing to travel within district locations if needed.
