Mobilelink USA is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate at our Austin store. You will deliver extraordinary customer service and match customers with the right Cricket Wireless solutions to fit their needs.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with reliable transportation and the ability to work at least 32 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer unlimited earning potential through commissions, on-the-job training, and a defined career path with opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and helpful attitude.
• Retail sales background is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers' needs.
• Build value by offering tailored wireless solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with store operations and duties.
• Hit sales goals and KPIs; may receive bonus payments.
• May participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities as needed.
