Job summary

Mobilelink USA is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate to join our in-store team in Brownsville, TX. You will provide exceptional customer service, understand customer needs, and offer tailored wireless solutions in English and Spanish.

Join a dynamic retail environment with opportunities to meet sales goals and participate in community events. Prior retail experience is helpful, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish required).
• Clear communication skills—attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• A retail sales background is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of the home store with flexibility to work at multiple locations in the district.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding their needs.
• Build value with tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with daily store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; bonuses may be earned.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotions on behalf of Cricket Wireless.
• Attend events with notice; participation is a condition of employment; duties include engaging customers and assisting with event setup.
