Cricket Wireless Mobilelink in Batesville, AR is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate. You will help customers find the right wireless solutions and represent the Cricket brand with professionalism.

We offer training, a clear career path, and unlimited earning potential through base pay plus commissions. Qualified applicants are bilingual (English/Spanish), customer-focused, and able to work 32+ hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs.
• Suggest tailored solutions to fit customers' needs.
• Represent Cricket Wireless professionally.
• Assist store leaders with operations.
• Meet sales goals and KPIs; potential bonus.
• Participate in outside sales events and promotions.
