Mobilelink USA is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate to serve customers at our Pine Bluff location. You will provide exceptional service, tailor solutions to individuals and businesses, and represent the Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism.

The role includes supporting store operations and pursuing sales targets. The position offers opportunities for growth, unlimited earning potential through commissions, and benefits after the introductory period.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication skills, attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding their needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent Mobilelink and the Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; bonuses may apply.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotional activities when required.
