Job summary

Cricket Wireless' Mobilelink team in Midwest City, OK is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate to help customers find the right wireless solutions. The role offers earnings through base pay plus commissions and a path to leadership.

You’ll provide outstanding service, represent the Cricket brand, and contribute to store operations while meeting sales goals. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; 32 hours per week with evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the home store and be willing to work at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate and understanding customers' needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with daily store operations and duties.
