AT&T Mobility Services is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant in Pleasanton, CA. You will engage customers with a bilingual approach (Spanish and English), guide them through options, and promote AT&T products. Your daily tasks include events, online orders, and outbound calls to expand our customer base.

The role emphasizes meeting sales targets, earning commissions, and leveraging training to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible scheduling supports evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options on the sales floor.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends; 2-week advance scheduling available for seniority-based shifts.
