Your Wireless is hiring for a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate in New Jersey. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, educating customers on Verizon products, and guiding them through the purchase process.

You will be part of a high-energy team with a lucrative, uncapped commission structure and strong benefits. Successful candidates will have retail sales experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to travel to multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to provide work eligibility in the US.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educating customers on all Verizon Products and Services offered.
• Producing sufficient sales to meet/exceed location production standards.
• Handling all customer situations to satisfy needs.
• Assisting Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks.
• Completing required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon.
• Setting an example of professional conduct for staff.
• Developing professional skills for career advancement within Your Wireless.
