You will learn customers' needs, propose top-down solutions, and close sales with strong communication. The role includes ongoing training, possible outbound outreach, and community events to grow the customer base.

Qualifications

• Requires bilingual English/Spanish fluency.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or military experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and customer service to expand Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by making connections and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and recommendations for a complete sales solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs with tech solutions.
• Continue to develop skills through training and inventory/merchandising duties.
• Potential to grow customer base via outbound calls and texts to existing Verizon customers.
