Qualifications

• Ability to commute to the Milwaukee, Wisconsin facility.
• Experience in teaching or facilitating technical instruction.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and Safety teams to identify training gaps.
• Deliver classroom instruction covering basic math and welding fundamentals.
• Monitor shop-floor work practices for training and safety-related issues.
• Assist with new hire safety orientation and onboarding training.

Skills

Fluent in both English and Spanish

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently

Knowledge of safety and HR training practices

Education

Experience in training or facilitating technical instruction

Working knowledge of welding technology and blueprint reading
