Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Warranty Representative based in Houston, TX. The Bilingual Warranty Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing excellent customer service, addressing warranty claims, coordinating repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will also serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners, troubleshooting issues and communicating with contractors and team members to resolve concerns promptly.
