Job summary

Novo Building Products, headquartered in Zeeland, MI, seeks a Bilingual Team Lead to coordinate daily warehouse operations and lead a diverse team. You’ll train staff, manage task deadlines, ensure safety, and optimize product flow to meet customer needs and keep operations efficient.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 2 p.m.–12:30 a.m. with overtime as needed. Pay ranges from $20–$25 per hour, based on experience, with benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (Spanish and English).
• Ability to perform essential functions with PPE and safety rules.
• Demonstrated leadership in distribution/manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks and set deadlines for team goals.
• Train team on duties, safety, and policies.
• Direct product flow to optimize warehouse space and meet customer needs.
• Monitor daily operations for efficiency and assist with questions or issues.
