Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly

Job Shift: Night

Are you a bilingual leader who enjoys supporting teams and helping others succeed? As a Bilingual Team Lead, you'll serve as a key partner to the Department Supervisor, helping coordinate daily operations, maintain efficient workflows, and promote a safe, productive work environment. You'll provide hands-on training, coaching, and support to team members, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to meet performance goals and grow in their roles.

Using your English and Spanish communication skills, you'll help foster a positive team culture, address challenges proactively, and encourage collaboration and accountability. Shift: Monday - Friday 2 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. (Overtime based on business demands)

Pay: $20-25/hr. based on experience

Essential Responsibilities

• Delegates tasks and sets deadlines for team goals.
• Creates a positive team environment with an open communication culture.
• Trains team members on job duties, safety, company policies and procedures.
• Directs product flow of incoming or outgoing loads to best utilize warehouse space and customer needs.
• Oversees that the daily operations run smoothly and assists team with questions, issues, or problems, monitoring for overall efficiency of department.
• Anticipates, identifies, and resolve problems that could delay the timely movement of freight, including advising customer service of carrier issues from pick-up and deliveries.
• Reviews paperwork is completed per department requirements.
• Communicates any discrepancies, product issues or safety issues with Supervisor.
• Successfully passes Novo training and follows all safety requirements established.
• Participates in the safety team leadership.
• Performs warehouse activities to include receiving, stocking, pulling, banding/staging, and loading.

Basic Qualifications (Required)

• Must be bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Effectively perform all essential functions, including physical requirements
• Use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and company approved tools while remaining aware of hazards and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to move awkward product lengths and weights.
• Basic math, interpersonal/team, and reasoning skills
• Ability to read, understand and carry out written procedures and standard work instructions.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexibility in scheduling - able to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience in distribution or manufacturing environment
• Experience operating a power industrial equipment.
• Prior experience lifting wide loads, as long as 18 feet.
• Minimum one year experience operating a forklift.
• High School Diploma or GED

• Lift, push or pull 75-100 lbs. with assistance.
