Job summary

Staffmark Group in Gresham, OR is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Team Lead to manage daily operations on first shift (6 AM–2:30 PM, Mon–Fri).

You will supervise and coach a warehouse crew, ensure accurate receiving, storage, and shipping, and train associates while maintaining safety and efficiency. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for keeping pace and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift: 6 AM-2:30 PM | Monday-Friday

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• High school diploma or GED required; extra training is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• 1+ years of warehouse experience and team lead experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train associates

• Stay active on your feet, lift 50 lbs., and keep the pace steady
• Take charge of daily ops from receiving to shipping
