Job summary

Staffmark Group in Gresham, OR is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Team Lead to manage daily operations on first shift (6 AM–2:30 PM, Mon–Fri).

You will supervise and coach a warehouse crew, ensure accurate receiving, storage, and shipping, and train associates while maintaining safety and efficiency. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for keeping pace and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 1+ years of warehouse and team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train associates.
• Know your way around WMS, inventory systems, and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of daily operations from receiving to shipping.
• Keep schedules tight and shifts fully covered.
• Train and coach your team while making safety the top priority.
• Track shipments, orders, and inventory to avoid mistakes.
• Motivate the crew and solve problems quickly.
