Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required).
• 1-3 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with WMS, Excel, Word.

• Lead and coach the team through shift meetings and one-on-one coaching.
• Address concerns, celebrate wins, and maintain open communication.
• Create a culture of accountability, safety, and pride in performance.
• Adjust workflows and resources to hit productivity and quality goals.
• Implement labor management programs and performance tracking.
• Partner with leadership on staffing, scheduling, and supply needs.
• Oversee inventory and audit processes to ensure accuracy.
• Identify training needs and lead cross-training efforts.
• Provide consistent performance feedback to help the team grow.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and daily safety observations.
