Warehouse Manager (Bilingual Korean/English)

As a Bilingual Warehouse Manager, you’ll lead supervisors and front‑line staff to deliver safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. You will motivate, coach, and connect your team to the bigger picture.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
• Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule across all shifts

Leadership in Action

• Set and communicate clear expectations and empower the team to meet them
• Lead with energy and create a positive, inclusive culture
• Train, support, and hold warehouse supervisors accountable for shift performance
• Walk the floor, lead by example, and be a visible, approachable leader
• Champion safety, participate in ESG activities, and host site‑wide events

Deliver Results That Matter

• Collaborate cross‑functionally with customer service and inventory teams
• Execute action plans to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
• Monitor and review team and shift performance regularly
• Support process improvements, audits, cost reduction, and workforce planning
• Ensure systems, processes, and equipment keep the team productive and safe
• Tackle other duties within training and expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Bilingual Korean and English
• 3–5 years of supervising operations and managing leaders
• Proven skills in team leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environments
• Commitment to safety and a positive work environment

• Familiarity with Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Knowledge of WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400) or other warehouse management systems
• Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
