Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's in Occupational Safety, EH&S, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of warehouse safety, manufacturing, logistics, or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct training and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture throughout the warehouse and encourage safe practices.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and audits for compliance.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; document findings and corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training for new hires and existing staff.
