Responsibilities

• Mentor and train associates on SOPs, including shipping, receiving, picking and quality control.
• Oversee unloading, stacking and picking, and verify inbound/outbound paperwork.
• Communicate with customers as needed and prepare activity reports for management.
• Ensure safety, quality and housekeeping standards are followed.
• Direct warehouse work team and coordinate schedules and productivity.
