Samsung C&T America, Inc. seeks a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee warehouse activities, inventory control, and material master data integrity across operations and ERP systems.

You will partner with 3PLs and HQ to drive process improvements, audits, and staff training, ensuring efficient storage utilization and accurate data. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in warehouse operations, semiconductor or manufacturing logistics, and strong WMS/ERP expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in warehouse operations and inventory management, specifically handling semiconductor materials, industrial plant equipment, or manufacturing logistics (manager or supervisor level preferred).
• Strong understanding of WMS and global ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) with a proven track record of managing material master data and troubleshooting interface discrepancies through data analysis.
• Practical experience in optimizing warehouse layouts for spatial efficiency, designing bin/location management processes, and supervising barcode scanner-based picking operations.
• Auditing and verifying operational compliance of third-party logistics (3PL) providers, with strong communication skills to lead hands-on material-to-system matching training for warehouse crews.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Korean preferred to facilitate reporting with HQ.
