Job summary

Arcadia Stones is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to own operations for a small-footprint inventory hub. You will manage space, inventory, and sample fulfillment while driving safety and efficiency across logistics and sales support.

Responsibilities include physical inventory control, forklift operation, and coordinating with sales teams on stock levels and merchandise requests. The role requires bilingual Spanish communication and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or material handling experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be bilingual, Spanish.
• Forklift certification and demonstrated proficiency in operation.
• Experience handling heavy materials, construction products, or stone preferred.
• Work in physically demanding conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Reliability and punctuality in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Own warehouse layout to keep a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Track, receive, and store physical inventory including samples and literature.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies for accuracy.
• Enforce health and safety rules like OSHA guidelines and partner with leaders on risk reduction.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse workers with Safety Director guidance.
• Retrieve and stage slab inventory for outbound shipping and local pickup.
• Process daily requests for product samples, marketing collateral, and merchandise.
• Coordinate stock levels and incoming merchandise requests with internal sales teams.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack to load/unload deliveries.
• Suggest workflow improvements to maximize efficiency and scale.
