Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading a team.
• Computer skills.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Distribution and/or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production tasks and meet productivity standards; communicate performance updates to the team
• Coach and hold employees accountable for job expectations and results
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure quality through cold chain and food safety standards
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and optimize inventory
• Ensure delivery timelines and productivity goals are met
• Prioritize and oversee tasks to drive efficient, on-time completion
