Job summary

Nature's Touch seeks a dependable Warehouse Supervisor for our Front Royal, VA facility. You will lead a team on all warehouse operations, focusing on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and collaborates with cross‑functional teams.

The position requires 5+ years in food warehousing, strong leadership, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Expect on‑site work with two shifts, a fast‑paced environment, and opportunities to advance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehousing within the food industry.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, FDA, SQF.

Responsibilities

• Lead 11 direct reports and 19 indirect reports across shifts.
• Oversee freezer warehouse operations incl. inventory, shipping, receiving.
• Maintain safe, compliant work environment and enforce standards.
• Train, develop, and evaluate shift staff; provide performance feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement and SOP development; cross‑functional collaboration.
